Hello! We are going to do a fantastic activity where you have to use your imagination!
First, you will have to do some research about the planets in the Solar System to get an idea of how they look like (shape, color...), their specific characteristics and location.
Then, you will have to think about your own planet, name it and describe it. To do this, you will use the wonderful tool PIKTOCHART and design an appealing flyer that attracts others´ attention and make them willing to go there and know more about it.
Once finished, the whole class will upload their flyers to the class blog, as well as comment on others´ work and say which planet they would visit and why.
It would be a collaborative task in which all of the students will learn from the others´ feedback and be proud of their own displayed work. Apart from this, they could then make a short presentation about each of them.
Here you have an example of a brochure about my planet Pouwoon. Take a look!
